Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring safety is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be refused service that day.

No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.

Rain, shine, or snow our pros work through it all to ensure your yard stays clean. Only in extreme or dangerous weather cases like heavy hail or below -28°C will we not be able to clean.

In that case we will do our best to let you know before hand and make up for our missed cleaning the following week.
