The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard.

For individual visits we have a minimum charge of $60 which includes up to 1 hour of poop scooping! If you have a larger yard, multiple dogs or a large accumulation of dog doo in the spring after the snow melts any additional cleanup time after the first 60 minutes is $0.98/minute.

However if you're looking for something more frequent most of our customers opt-in to our weekly subscription plan packages which depending on the customer typically costs between $64 - $94 per month.

All of the dog waste removed from your property is done for you by our pros. We take it the city of Edmonton's waste facility for proper disposal or throw it in your garbage bin, which ever you prefer!

Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring safety is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be refused service that day.

Nope, all we ask is that the yard be accessible for your pooper scooper on your scheduled day of service.

You will still receive a service reminder text that your pro is on the way 30 minutes before they arrive at your home and a photo of your securely closed gate after cleanup is completed!

No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.

Rain, shine, or snow our pros work through it all to ensure your yard stays clean. Only in extreme or dangerous weather cases like hail or below 27°C will we not be able to clean.

In that case we will do our best to let you know before hand and make up for our missed cleaning the following week.
